HORRIBLE!!! I took my engagement ring in to be sized and they totally ruined my ring. There was a missing diamond from the pave setting on the side when returned to me, I took it back and willing to pay to repair it and when the ring was was returned a second time, there were two more diamonds missing from it.Why wouldn't they check the ring before giving it back to me???
