I had a very nice experience. I felt that V was very caring and wanted to ensure I was comfortable. She also made me feel like we were old friends. All of the staff from the time I came in were very nice and welcoming. I was very comfortable with the dentist, this is very important to my husband and me since we were with the same dentist for over 40 years.

My family has been going to Whitehouse Family Dental since they opened. I have never had an issue getting an appointment on short notice or for my 6-month check up. They take me in within minutes of my arrival. All the staff are friendly and answer all my questions. They provide up to date visuals of my teeth and any issues they see. And when you have work done, I highly recommend getting the gas - it is well worth it - no pain.
I was very impressed with each individual I had contact with. Everyone was very knowledgeable, beginning with the receptionist/insurance person. She knew and explained my insurance benefits so I was able to understand my coverage. The dental hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I haven't had a good cleaning like that for many years. Dr. Shumate gave me excellent advice on how to go forward with a problem tooth. I will recommend this office to everyone I have contact with. I always have a good time during my appt. Not only are they very caring and kind, but they have great senses of humor...oh yeah...do great dental work!
I really like your dentist office. I hate going to the dentist period but I've been to your place 3 times now and like it. My daughter has also been there and she liked it as well. So we now have a new dentist. Thanks
