He was courteous, friendly and informative. He also fixed 3 other faucet leaks at no charge. They are number 1 in my book. Pros: Quoted quickly; phoned when in route; worked efficiently; explained about the light sensor on the tank; went beyond what he was called to do. Cons: I'm completely pleased
