I've always had excellent experiences with Whitehaven, with both of my cats. This week Midnight visited Amy to have some troublesome mats removed from his back. He was panicked and unhappy to be there, she was very accommodating and kind, and extremely gentle. She made what could have been a rough visit very smooth. Kudos to a great staffer!

Exemplary care and compassion.
Found out recently that when being boarded, my grandparents dog has had its collar grabbed and twisted around when he wasn’t willing to go in a kennel by one of the employees. We don’t appreciate him being handled this way. It was also noticed by them that the back area was run down looking and there was a strong smell of urine outdoors and indoors. They will never be returning.
My pups loved it there and did wonderful even with my extremely nervous girl.
