Said they were too busy to see my dog for an ear infection and to go somewhere else. It was not an emergency but they made no effort to help find a time to see her. My dog has been there for routine care and boarding in the past. I called and was treated very dismissively and rudely by the person that answered and was told that they were booked “for weeks” and that I should “take my dog elsewhere”.

RecommendedMy dog and I had a great experience last week. Everyone was extremely nice and loved my dog. When I called to say I was there, I let them know that my dog doesn't like people approaching the car. They were very understanding and let me walk him to the door so that he had a nice experience. Thank you for creating a welcoming environment for our furry friends.

My dog Turbo is always treated with the love and respect from the staff and doctors at Whitehaven, that I give him at home. He comes in to the clinic with no hesitation, and the staff greets him like he is their own. He's had many problems that Dalmations(mainly white dogs) can get, and the staff and doctors have recognized them, and treated him appropriately. My 3yr old Yorkie was super sick and Whitehaven got him in immediately! They called to let me know they needed to keep him over night and Dr Mulch would be taking my little guy home with him so he could keep an eye on him. WOW.... I can't love this enough. Thanks Zina and Dr Mulch and the rest of the staff for taking such good care of Charlie!
Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Mulch and the staff! The attitude top down is that you and your pet are the number one concern and they take the time to greet your pet and welcome you into the facility. The building and grounds are always clean. A very welcoming environment where you feel secure in the care received.
We are very impressed by the entire staff at Whitehaven. Everyone is professional, courteous, and caring. Our dog got excellent treatment. The vet tech had great money-saving recommendations. We are switching over from an Illinois vet we've used for years and will now have our animals only at Whitehaven.
