At first this seemed like a good, well priced place for a starter apartment, but after only 4 months we couldn't be more wrong. Within a month we had a leak from our bathroom to our kitchen, it was taken care of in a timely manner, so we didn't think much of it. I lived in this area in a studio apartment for over 2 years as a last resort. Looking back at my previous experience there I would have rather moved back to my hometown then ever stay another night there again. Management is rude and anytime I had an issue in my apartment, I felt like I was bothering them instead of asking my landlord to fix something that was not my fault. Very horrible place to live..I stayed here for 1 year,the whole apartment is full of cockroach and bedbug.staff are very very unfriendly..they will charge u very unnecessary things..u will suffer from bedbugs and cockroach the next day u will move in,if u ask them to clean it they will charge u tons of money..my stove was 100 years old..so dirty but never change it.they do have kitchen fan but not working.I ask the guy to fix it he told me that fan is older then him so parts are not available..1 word this place is horrible a... read more

Don't rent here..........Melissa in management is NASTY! – I would not recommend living here even if you are just starting off. This was my daughter's first apartment and the management is rude. We steam cleaned her carpet in her apartment when she moved out and left the place in immaculate condition and they refuse to refund her entire deposit because we did not pay to professionally clean the carpet! Then when we called Melissa to ask about this she was rude and hung up on my husband who was the co-signer for the apartment... read more

Clean area to live – As a resident I feel that the overall site is always kept clean and the grounds are well maintained. The maintenance staff is very professional.

Prospect Park- aka "Whitehall Place" – I use to live here and my expirence was just the opposite. I can't speak for how things were within the company, but as a resident I felt that the staff was very professional. The overall site was always kept clean and the grounds were well maintained. The maintenance staff were available at all times of the day and evenings. I rarely had to call for service, on the few occasions that I did, I would receive fast and excellant service. Prospect Park Apartments Pittsburgh, PA – DO NOT LIVE IN PROSPECT PARK APARTMENTS. THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS HORRIBLE AND OWNERSHIP IS SHADY AS WELL AS MANAGEMENT. THEY MAKE UP STORIES TO WRONGFULLY ENTER TENANT'S APARTMENTS IN NON EMERGENCY CASES AND TENANTS HAVE THINGS FROM IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS TO CLOTHES TO FURNITURE.
