If possible, would give ZERO stars. I would go as far as to say if you’re considering buying any property that is managed by Whitehall (even for a short period of time), then RUN. They are the most incompetent group of individuals that I have ever met, and they’re really just out to nickel and dime any money they can out of those who got stuck with them at the hands of a builder choosing their management (or mismanagement). The worst! Absolutely no help. Useless doesn't come close to describing how horrible they are.
Builder hired this company to manage our associations and it was terrible from start to finish. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Had a staff member yell at me for questioning a contractor. Takes forever to reply to an email and half the time they don't answer the question. As soon as our contract was up we moved on. They aren't even that cheap despite the poor performance. Run don't walk away!
