If possible, would give ZERO stars. I would go as far as to say if you’re considering buying any property that is managed by Whitehall (even for a short period of time), then RUN. They are the most incompetent group of individuals that I have ever met, and they’re really just out to nickel and dime any money they can out of those who got stuck with them at the hands of a builder choosing their management (or mismanagement).
