I wish I could take stars away from the 1 they somehow have (probably because google makes you give them a pity star to even write a review). Brand new community in Commerce they refuse to ever help with and no matter how much proof is given by 90%+ of the community. They never enforce rules and because of them, the community goes downhill fast. Hire them if you like to pay higher dues each year while things actually get worse
This HOA is fine until they are the ones responsible to fix or maintain something. They just keep pushing it off , hoping you’d forget. However if it was the owners responsibility you better believe they would be on you and giving you fines until it was fixed. The manager of the service department is horrible at his job and doesn’t get anything taken care of.
