Too Good To Be True...Yet Definitely True – My son was sick - on Sunday. WhiteGlove saved us sitting at the minor emergency by bringing great care to our living room. The nurse was kind and efficient; the care-package was a nice touch; and we never had to leave the house. This service is completely worth it!!!!
Best Service EVER – Who knew that it was possible for a medical service to come to YOU instead of you always going to them? Whiteglove is just that service! I love the fact that I can go online and request an appointment, and 20 minutes later they're calling me to schedule a time for that very same day. Just Wonderful – I couldn't get into see my regular doctor and remembered that our health insurance provides White Glove as part of our insurance coverage. It was fantastic. They came to my house, checked me out, and provided the medicines I would need to get better. If that wasn't all they left a care package of soup, crackers, jello, and other goodies. It was so simple and I didn't even have to get out to run to the pharmacy. I can't gush enough about the service.
Amazing!!!! A House Call!! – I had been miserably sick all week long but went to work everyday and continued to think that I would get better.....tomorrow. Saturday morning I woke feeling worse than ever. Amazing for a Teacher/Mom – This is the best thing ever! I had a sinus infection and can't take off at the end of the school year to make an appointment. It is way easier to show up sick than to write sub plans :) I registered one day and they showed up AT SCHOOL the next day. My nurse was friendly and super prepared. A God send for mom's with small kids – A few weeks ago I got sick and was definitely in need of a doctor visit for some antibiotics. As a stay at home mom with 3 preschoolers though, a dr. visit for myself in the middle of the day was out of the question. Best recent idea in the medical field – My company has a fully-insured medical insurance plan with Aetna, and Aetna offers WhiteGlove House Call as part of the package. I was just delighted and amazed at the service. I called for an appointment at 9 AM and the nurse practitioner was at my office to see me within two hours. He gave me an injection right there, provided lots of medicines to help with my symptoms, and of course their "get well kit" was a treat. I was so impressed with the service.
Changed my life – I've been using Whiteglove for the last 3 years here in Austin, and frankly you have changed my life. I've got the family plan, and the hours that they have saved me has been all worth it. When I am sick, do you think I want to drive myself over to the local doctor and sit in a room full of sick people? THE GREATEST EMPLOYEE BENEFIT EVER! – I am an HR Specialist and really pushed to get our company to add this to our benefits plan.
