No More Med Clinic! – I have used White Glove service twice now. Once for myself and once for my daughter. I am in love with this service! Instead of spending 2 hours in a med clinic (with a sick or bored child), I stayed home and was able to continue on with my life. My meds were handed to me along with a care bag and I was back to business. I received a follow up call after each visit. This is an amazing service for the same price as a visit to the med clinic. Great Service – I've used this service once and it was great. They were on time, thorough, and allowed for great flexibility w/appt times (mine was at 7PM). What a relief not to fight traffic, sit in a waiting room, etc. Well worth the $$.
Best medical service around! – All hail the house call! Nearly as old school as big band music, the house call is back! I recently got assaulted by cedar allergies that were turning into something worse but I HAD to be at work on Monday. I had also not been to the store all weekend, sick in bed. Outstanding Healthcare Experience! – I was skeptical about WhiteGlove at first, but I am a member (paid for by my employer) and decided to call when I was home sick with day 2 of the beginning symptoms of something my sweetheart had had for a week prior. I was very pleased that within 30 minutes I had an appointment scheduled for later that morning. One of the founding Doctors was my care giver. Better than I could have believed! – I had an appointment within 2 hours, at my home! Got home, they were waiting for me. I would have sat in my doctors waiting room for at least half an hour, then another wait in the exam room. Both of the nurses were dressed in crisp clean white lab coats with the White Gloves insignia, so professional. They came in put a sterile cloth on my table, asked questions, did exam, gave me meds. Professional Medical CAre – I was very please with the service provided by White Glove when they came to my house in Lakeway. They were very professional, courteous and thorough. The tech was actually early, she called first to be sure it was okay to come sooner. I would recommend their service to anyone I know or don't know. There have been several of us at work that have used them and we have all been very pleased.
Saved our office! – White Glove is awesome. Four people in our office have used their service in the past two weeks! We had minor issues - allergies, cold symptoms, a weird spider bite. The nurse came to our office each time with a smile on her face and a full bag of tools and goodies. We just love the convenience and great service. Saves us time and trouble. I'm now spreading the word to our other Austin, San Antonio and Dallas locations. White Glove is a real find!
Great and fast service! – I used House Call Health twice now. Once for my 3 year old, and once for myself. I have 2 small children and it's so nice not to have to leave the house. They come to me! Plus the fact that they take Humana is a big plus. They bill the insurance and I don't have to drag my 2 kids to the doctor. Nurses were great and very helpful and informative. They call and check up on you the next day, which is nice.
