SO easy! – I had a terrible sore throat and called WhiteGlove. I had registered online so setting up an appointment was easy. The nurse came out right on time and was able to do a strep test at my house while the baby napped. It was great not to have to get the baby dressed and awake to drag her to the doctor's office where she would have been exposed to an entire waiting room full of germs. A Great Benefit – I had a friend who kept telling me to join Whiteglove, but i put it off since i was happy with my primary care physician. Recently i was pretty sick and really didnt want to hassle with calling doctor and then getting "fit in" only to sit for over an hour in the waiting room. So i got online to join Whiteglove and much to my surprise since I am a Untited Healthcare Member through my employer - they picked up the membership fee! Very Impressed with WhiteGlove – I had a stomach virus, and the nurse came and saw me at my house. I was feeling pretty rough, and felt so bad, I couldn't drive myself to the doctor. I knew my work insurance offered this program, so I decided to try it out. I was thoroughly impressed! The service and punctuality were far beyond expectations, and the nurse practitioner gave me everything I needed to help with my illness. I would recommend this to everyone if you don't like going to the doctor's office.
Great Service – So glad my co-worker talked me into using this service and my insurance covers most of the cost other than my co-pay. Nothing like chicken noodle soup and meds being delivered to your home. Will use them from now on!!!!!
WhiteGlove House call – It was my first time to use WhiteGlove and the staff was really nice. I was able to have someone see me within an hour. They were very professional, called to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time! I received an email and phone call the next day to see how I was feeling. Wonderful Service! – I am a frequent recipient of the wonderful White Glove services, and I am impressed each time with the medically professional manner in which we are taken care of. The medical staff that have come to our home are warm, caring, and always give us a thorough and complete examination. Good routine care – I had a good experience with the nurse house call but my illness turned out to be not so routine, at that point I recommend seeing a doctor.
WhiteGlove: Outstanding service – I used to watch old Westerns and become envious that the doctors provided house calls. When my company's insurance broker told me about WhiteGlove I was skeptical but curious. I was stuck at home in a critical week long online training session and couldn't make it to the doctor, even though I felt horrible. Modern convenience, outstanding customer service – What a wonderful service! I was feeling terrible and had no time to make and wait for an appointment to see my physician. I called WhiteGlove mid-afternoon and a courteous, knowledgeable professional arrived at my house right before I got home at 6:00 p.m. She was able to draw blood, and I obtained my lab results in about a week, confirming that all was well.
