Great dentist, horrible communication Went there for the first time last month and it was an amazing experience. They were supposed to get back to me in two weeks to see if my insurance would cover a procedure that I needed to get done (Pull out a tooth) they never called me back. Haven’t heard from them since. This place is ghetto. I should've known when I scheduled the appointment a month out and somehow I could NEVER get ahold of anyone when I was calling back to back leading up to the appointment trying to find out which location I needed to be at. What is the point of having a phone number all for NO ONE to answer?? Well fast forward to today and I was running late because I was trying to leave work and ran into some traffic. Unfortunately, I give this clinic 83 they were doing well till they get new workers that are younger and less caring and doing the holidays. I have seen my doctor before the holidays was told my medicine was sent to to the pharmacy and wasn’t called for additional times then was told the doctor was on vacation till after the holidays had an attack never received my medicine had to get it from the hospital that was my wake up call on my health risk from a doctors office
