Amazing place great location and best staff. This Hotel is more like home than a hotel with the exceptional service provided and the true warmness and care of the staff member.
We had a great stay at the White Swan ! Very convenient walkable location near transit (though up the hill from the BART station, FYI) close to good restaurants and bars. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and the stay included continental breakfast and wine hour, which was a bonus! The bed was pretty comfy, and the space was well maintained and stylish with a lot of retro touches that seem very SF. My only issue was that with the age of the hotel and the amount of carpeting/upholstery my allergies to dust were trigg... read more
