Isaac Buddy is very knowlegable and professional.
White Shovel did a superb job landscaping a section of our front yard. It entailed removing 22 year old shrubbery, designing a layout for maximum curb appeal, selecting plants, and planting. We couldn t be more pleased! This was our second experience with using their landscaping services. The employees were professional and attentive to our wishes. We highly recommend White Shovel!
I have nothing but praise for the White Shovel employees who did my work. Bridgett and Isaac looked at my problems and together they came up with a great solution. We were not happy with White Shovel. The design was great, however, they did not follow their designer. We were disappointed in the size of trees and shrubs delivered and planted. Worse, they planted smaller trees when mature compared to their design. We caught this after work was done when I tried to plant more trees. They told me their nursery so when I went to buy more trees I learned that the nursery never sold the trees we wanted. Rather than have a discussion with us WS just bought the smaller version. We are extremely pleased with the work done at our home today by White Shovel Landscapes. From the first meeting, to the finish of the project, the work was done skillfully and professionally. This is a small family owned business that really cares about doing excellent work. They showed up on time, worked hard and completed the project within the expected time frame, even though I added a few things to the project while they were working. Sean and Isaac both walked our yard, listened to our wants and talked us through plants that would work best in the sunny/shady area of our yard. Met with Louis, project manager and did second walk through...discussed plants again. Crew came out, Tyshawn, Kevin, Jonathan, and Omar did the clean out and install. They worked hard and it took two days for them to install. Yard looks much better.
They were very professional and very considerate In considering my concerns during this project. They did a fabulous job.
Update: I received my full deposit from White Shovel Landscaping one day later than the extended week I gave them. Unfortunately, this does not change the ratings as it was not easy getting my money back. This company did not return my calls and tried to argue they should keep every bit of my $1877.00 deposit for doing nothing because I signed a contract. There are plenty of ethical companies out there to give your business.

Construction drawings do not change the original contract which was signed. Irene is thorough, friendly and listened to our requests when designing our front yard landscaping. Smart company to have her be the first person you meet. Her original design options were right on target! We added a couple things after the initial plan and she quickly got back to us with competitive pricing.
