I had no problems with this practice until my daughter passed for no reason at 35 weeks gestation. Neither the doctors nor the nurses seem trained to handle a loss. Let's just say the compassion was greatly lacking.

They will never give you the time of day. Forget calling them they’ll never answer the phone!
If you end up with Dr.Picollo just RUN! The guy doesn’t care what you have to say or bother taking the time to make sure you’re okay. Had my c-section scheduled in two days - woke up to a phone call with him saying he no longer wants to be the one to do it and to go somewhere else. As if I can keep putting off having a baby?! The dude has no passion and needs to retire!!
Worst care I had ever received, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
First time being here and they are absolutely all so nice A bit of a wait but the feeling here is Very comfortable doctor was so nice!
I came with my daughter to hear my grandchild's heartbeat at her ultrasound. The waiting area is very comfortable and welcoming and the staff was courteous and very efficient. :-)
I've always had the best care here! I've been going to this office for almost 15 years. The doctors are top notch and I've trusted their judgements during the most critical decisions in my life. The nurses have always been extremely polite and very supportive.
The girls that answer the phones have awful attitudes, and like to act like they know what's going on with your body, and never answer the phones even if it's an emergency. You will always get a voicemail; The office closes at 4 but they stop doing their job around 3-330 so I won't get too personal just bc this is public but let me just tell you to save your time and go somewhere else. their appointments are always all booked up to where you won't get seen for another week or two, even when the hospital orders you to be seen... read more
