Your techs screw up,don't tell somebody to drop in when in the area to get it done properly and have your service writer start copping a attitude and tell me to book an appointment to fix your screw ups. There are tons of other Dodge Dealerships in the lower mainland that are willing to provide proper customer service. Minus the attitudes and all powerful service writer god complex.
