Came down from Kamloops to deal with a specific salesman, as I had purchased a vehicle from him at another dealership, and thinking that I had a business relationship. After spending an entire weekend waiting and getting no answers, I decided to go home to kamloops. I was left hanging for 10 days with no contact, no follow up and no professionalism. What this dealership couldn't do for me in over 10 days, a local dealership was able to get done for me in 24 hours!

I bought my Power Wagon few months ago and the truck is great, the sales staff were very nice even knocked off money cause I had a support the forces sticker on my trade in, big respect for that. Would definitely recommend this dealership.
