Very disappointed in our customer service today. We come here every day for a pick up order. We walked up to the counter where we normally pick up our drinks. The lady behind the counter today yelled at us to check our ticket as we were walking away but didn’t say it to anyone else. This felt like she only said something to us because we weren’t white. Kiana gave my morning an extra kick such amazing customer service. Bubbly happy attitude made our coffee run amazing.
Another training needs to be done for the employees. It’s been some weeks and I decided to order today and wasted $9, I ordered on the app. The first order wasn’t made correctly, they added the missing cold foam but when I tasted the banana matcha, it wasn’t good. It also didn’t have the banana syrup that’s usually in it, I opted to get the blackberry cobbler matcha, it was made worse, I threw it away and walked out.
