Good place to grab a decent cup of coffee. I was sick of the garbage overpriced hotel coffee so I started walking here each morning that I was in Dallas to get a pour over. The baristas were friendly and polite. They even apologized for the wait which was not necessary at all. I totally understand morning coffee orders plus a pour over is a guaranteed wait.
