I recently had an excellent experience as an outpatient at White Plains Hospital. From the moment I stepped into the hospital, through admissions and in and out of the endoscopy unit, I was treated with kindness, caring, and utmost professionalism. The Admissions representative sensed my fears and immediately calmed me down. She clearly knew how to treat patients. The ER staff was amazing and kind. Staff on the 3rd floor and GI staff all phenomenal as well. Very thankful to you all.
I am highly disappointed in the decline of patient care
Other than being in a noisy construction room ( it literally felt like the construction was in the room late at night 11:30). The nursing staff was very attentive. The physicians were very professional and informative.
