My daughter is in for testing with her seizures . I'm impressed with the care she is getting ,,, everyone is so nice and she is never alone . 24 hrs . Never alone ,,, that helps me sleep . The renovations are very nice .
I had my mom Sophia Estrada in June 4th / June14th due to pneumonia, and heart related issues ; at first she was on the 5rd floor ( 5558), without any noticed they decided to changed her to room (5573), the services she got in this floor was HORRIBLE!!! from the cleaning staff until the most important professional on duty!!! On June 13th I went to see her at 9 pm, I had to stay over night,,, had to changed her to the 3rd floor due to heart problem, care in this unit was not so good not so bad.... This hospital is a world class hospital, from the moment i walked into admission room surgical prep, recovery room (especially Ashley in PATU RECOVERY ) she was on top of things and was by my side constantly ! Surgery on left knee partial replacement went well... to the nurses on the floor taking care of me .. very impressed very happy.. thank you everyone ant WP Hospital
I was recently at WPH and was so amazed by their wonderful staff and knowledgeable professionals. Everyone from the receptionist to the surgeons were pleasant and showed a genuine passion for patient care.
