The ER department is the worst, maybe it’s because it was a Sunday night, maybe it’s bc of the staff they had but I never have experienced the rudeness I did When a nurse tells you, everyone comes to the ER thinking they will get answers but it’s not like that, unless you have a real medical problem we can’t help you, and discharge you when you’ve explained your still in pain, oh that medicine takes a while to kick in she states...This is the treatment a patient receives from this hospital, left in the hallway on a bed cryin... read more

RecommendedI had all three of my children in white plains hospital and had a great experience every time. Also have been to the ER for myself and my child and was taking care of quickly and very happy with the staff. They took great care of my son and we did not have to wait. Great hospital!! Btw I come here all the way from the bronx!
