The ER is the absolute worst. The sad thing is it doesn't need to be. Why do people who do not want to care for others take these positions.
My family has received life-saving and other therapeutic as well as end-of-life care many times since the 1970s and it was always caring beyond expectations, responses to every wish we had. May God continue His blessings to all who work there in the service to thousands of patients each year
