0 stars I am having a severe asthma exacerbation and had to create my own treatment plan as l still couldn’t breathe well 14+ hours after being there. Had to get loud for staff to even address that l was not breathing properly from ER to the MEDSURG floor same problem including respiratory therapy. Terrible hospital terrible service no patient advocacy by nursing staff. DO NOT COME HERE FOR RESPIRATORY ISSUES. Asked to see patient advocate at 4pm didn’t see til next day 11am. Never saw a MD only a NP until pulmonologist show... read more

RecommendedI brought a relative to the ER tonight. I just wanted to express how pleased, grateful and happy I am with the amazing service provided to us. Doctors, nurses, nurses aid, practitioners, technicians (xray and blood; transporter). Everyone who got in contact with us for one reasons or another. everyone was so nice, respectful and super professional. Thank you very much for the outstanding service provided. Grateful to you all. Terrible ER experience ever!!! They are extremely slow. We literally left after 2.5hrs of wasted time and didn’t even get to see the Doctor...just registration admin staff.

RecommendedWhite Plains Hospital is amazing. ! On October 14th my mom Joan Quinn fell and broke her hip. She was brought by ambulance to White Plains Hospital. From the very beginning the doctors and nurses were fantastic. My mom was transferred to ICU and had hip surgery. The nurses in the emergency room were awesome. The nurses in ICU were so kind to us also. Unfortunately my mom suffered a stroke and then was moved to the palliative care floor.
