This guys are big scammers. got appointment for a used 2013 Honda Civic LX (*****************)low millage (53K)low price car(10313) on Sep-05-2019 . I reached there within 45 min and they are trying to sell another car and told the car is already sold. After 1 hr I called back they told the same car is available. Today Sep-06-2019 again they called and telling me the same car is available and ask me to look. big SCAMMERS
DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO WHITE PLAINS HONDA!!!! After 2 weeks of phone calls, emails and text messages, telling me that the dealership was having a promotion until Thursday which was offering a Friends and Family discount (equal to an employee discount), I finally agreed to make an appointment with Chris (sales manager) and drove down from Albany to take a look at the Odyssey. Turned in car a month early because they said they would take care of final payment. They conveniently left it off the paperwork which they rushed me through to sign. These guys are thieves!

Beware of White Plains Honda!!! They like to play bait and switch! Not to mention their sales staff are incompetent! I traded in my 2006 accord lease for a 2009, didn't find out for a whole year that these idiots didn't ground my 06 accord! I started getting letters from Honda finance that my last payment was late, when I told them I have no more payments that the car was turned into the wp dealership..they had no record of this!!
