I bought a 2019 at WP Honda. After agreeing to a price, the salesman ******** tried up charging me a 750 dollar prep fee which included a full detail of the car. I talked it down To 200 dollars in which none of the prep fee services were done. I complained to the manager ****************************** He wrote me a check for 200 dollars. DO NOT GIVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER!! They will keep harassing you calling from 8 - 6pm. They had four different agents call in one day when every single time I asked to not be called and was not interested. On call number four I asked for a manager and they claim to have removed me from the call list. They claim the previous calls were due to a "glitch".
I don't know if should be a complaint against White Plains Honda or Honda company in general. Anyway, I bought a new 2022 Honda Civic EX on December 21st 2021. The company claimed gas mileage of the car is 33 mpg city / 42 mpg highway or 34 mpg combined. My dash is showing 43 mpg, however when I calculated the total miles the car drove on 1 full tank of gas divided by the gas tank capacity, I am only getting around 33 mpg even though I drive almost 95% of my trip on highway with a maximum of 10 minutes slowdown everyday.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! Totally unprofessional and untrustworthy! I tried to purchase a car and they would not let me put a deposit on it. I had to literally chase them to make a sale.
I went for first service on my Honda crv 2021 and they left the engine cap out the oil made a big mess all over the car l think it was so unprofessional
AVOID! Totally unprofessional, and untrustworthy. Went there to fix an electrical fault, and they broke a light. Refused to fix it, saying it was broken at the time. This was a flat out lie. Claimed they have a check-in with it marked as broken - I asked to see it but they say they don't have it. I used to service my car there - over $700 last time - never do beusiness with them again.
I went to the White Plains Honda dealership as part of a full day of visiting dealerships to compare offers and customer services before making a decision on a new lease(s). My husband is a veteran so we were asking dealers if they had any veterans discounts in addition to letting them know upfront what our comfort zone is with repayments and initial money down.
