Chef Austin Sumrall is incredibly talented. This is our favorite restaurant on the Coast!

We are local and were excited to return to the White Pillars. The ambiance is awesome. The waitress was excellent. The food was awful. My husband had the southern shrimp pho. He did not like it. I had coq au vin which had over cooked mushy vegetables and unrecognizable chicken. Having worked in fine dining for many years at The French Connection I would not consider this restaurant fine dining. Our bill was $72 and certainly not worth it. Everything was excellent from the staff to the food. Oh my God - the Food!!! Unique, Delicious, & Plentiful!! Best Carrot cake I've ever had. And most importantly - a knowledgeable mixologist with a personality to match. ROBERT - you are the man!! As long as you are there, I'm sitting at the bar!
We celebrated our friends Birthday tonight. The food was Fabulous!! The Chef was awesome! Came to our table to check on us. Everyone was so friendly!! Definitely will be back!!�
