Supposedly management is charging people $50 to open the laundry room if you get locked out. Sounds like a big scam to me. I urge residents to be careful living here because they do a lot of shady illegal stuff.
The walls are paper thin, you can hear a mouse farther in the apartment across the hall. The maintenance men would come in the apartment without any notice! Wouldn't fix anything! If you complained about something with neighbors being too loud at night, partying, arguing, etc. Nothing got done. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Pay the extra money and move somewhere better!
Keep looking, don't move here. Landlord likes to harass, neighbors are noisy as well.
