Me and my husband have lived with White Oaks for 6years+, and we’ve gone through different management! But Cedina has been a great addition as the property manager! Shes always been great with communication (great timely matter) She’s replaced the garage doors, and has really stepped up to make other positive changes with the property. Me and my family lived here for 2 years back when I was in high school and we didn’t hesitate to come back this month when looking for apartments. This place is beautiful, quiet, welcoming, and the inside doesn’t disappoint. On top of that the landlord, Cedina, is very kind, helpful, and someone you can trust when looking to move in. Me and my family have lived in numerous apartments and none of them compare to White Oaks.
Currently I continue to live here and lived here for more than 10 years it is a good place to live and previously they have gone through several changes of manager some more attentive with the tenants and some not but today I would like to express my concern with the current manager the attitude she has is the right one for a person who is in charge of ministering some apartments that attitude is deplorable they should train their manager better to be more respectful with their tenants so they should take action on the matte... read more
Cedina was very helpful in November. I had an issue with rent cafe and Cedina worked professionally and patiently to resolve the issue. She was amazing!
