They should be ASHAMED for NOT admitting my underage daughter for a walking in appointment. If I had option to rate this clinic with "zero stars "- believe me, I would!! I went up to the 5th floor to get my ticket stamped and "there wasn't a single person on the waiting room " and my daughter was "turned down" or not admitted, because supposedly there was no openings! My daughter had vomit and dihrreah symptoms and they decided NOT TO CARE! DONT TAKE CHILDREN THERE!
Just want to say the last day I had the best White Memorial Pediatrics-Specialty ever. Her name was Greata on the surgical floor. The night before I left I had a White Memorial Pediatrics-Specialty named Ken I didn't like him at all.
Have been coming here since I was born and my children’s have been coming here as well. Never had I had a problem until this gentleman with a tattoo on his neck is very rude. I love doctor ward but I might change my doctor because of her nurse. He never greets you gives you his back most of the time and really has no type of charisma at all. Never have a felt so uncomfortable due to someone’s silence and felt so awkward. They might’ve upgraded the place but maybe the training in nurses
