I have had a very frustrating experience coordinating with this office for an IUD (birth control). Initially I had to wait from my first call in October until January for a new patient appointment (3 months). Then, my appointment was not possible with the fires so it was rescheduled 1 month later. At my first appointment in February (and all my previous calls) I made it very clear my purpose for the appointment was an IUD consultation. Hello Everyone this is just a Warning , please do not get any services at this clinic. The staff is very abusive and I encountered women crying from being mistreated by the scheduling staff. They also mistreated me did not allow me to speak with the supervisor and terminated me from completing my treatment.
