The worst of the worst happened today. I have a high-risk pregnancy, and my baby is in a breech position. They made me sit in a room without clothes for over an hour waiting for the doctor, even though I told them I couldn't bear being in that position, especially with how my baby is positioned. I've been waiting since 1:30 pm, and it's now 3:08 pm, and the doctor still hasn't arrived. Worst medical office I ever came across I was just trying to schedule an appointment and several people from this team gave me attitude and hung up in my face. Also it took thirty minutes for someone to take me off hold. I will not be visiting this office and you people should be ashamed for providing such terrible service to your patients. You will be hearing from me via phone and email to all directors and managers.
Dr. Salimi, OB/GYN... She doesn't listen to her patients, instead, she gives them an ultimatum whether to get a dangerous procedure done (which the anesthesiologist highly recommended NOT to do) or go home. I had just had my baby via cesarean and was in crucial and unbearable pain postpartum. Dr Salimi told me straight to my face, "if you can get up and walk to see your daughter in the NICU, you must not be in that much pain." Todo el personal es muy grosero. Tienen un servicio HORRIBLE. Especialmente la chica que te está preparando citas. No son educados. Necesitan volver a capacitarse sobre cómo ofrecer un servicio decente al cliente. Sinceramente, no recomiendo a nadie a esta clínica.
