There was never a problem after several years of regular visits.
Dr. White always addresses any problems you tell her you have immediately . Her staff are also knowledgeble, courteous, helpful, and friendly.
Recently saw Dr. White for a shoe issue. While talking she trimmed my toenails and explained why I was having the issue in sizing. Knowledge is power, I left her office with a bounce in my step:) Issue solved. Thankful to have a through and compassionate Dr.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. White did an excellent job on my toe nails. She is kind and friendly. She wore a face shield, and I wore a mask.

My visit was actually for my 98 year old mother-in-law. Everyone at this practice was patient, kind, understanding and exceptionally friendly. She had her first pedicure in 98 years and loved it. The woman that did the pedicure noticed something irregular and within a very short time Dr. White was there assessing the situation. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. Oh yes, we were also brought into the room exactly at our appointment time. That doesn't happen at every doctor's office!
I have been seeing Dr. White for about 30 years for occasional foot problems. I have been going to her for the past year because my toenails curve in. Before I see Dr. White, a technician trims my toenails and then applies lidocaine to the big toes so that the next procedure, which Dr. White performs, will not be as uncomfortable. It is not a common procedure to numb toes for this kind of procedure so the work that Dr. White performed was briefly uncomfortable.
