I am happy every time I go to this spa. Operators are professional and know what I want. I always have a relaxing pedicure.
She took 1/2 my left eyebrow off. It looks ridiculous. She tried to argue with me to say she didn’t take any off, she just shaped it? I showed her a picture of how my eyebrow looked before and she still insisted she didn’t take 1/2 of it off. And it was very clear just looking at it that 1/2 was gone. Then she proceeded to charge me $36. I paid it but I will never go back there. Do not get your eyebrows done here unless you’re looking to have no eyebrows. She said she was the manager.
