Great apartment, in a great location but you could tell the owners didn't really care for the place.
After being injured on the property, I had 2 reconstructive ankle surgeries. Dewhirst didn’t offer to help with my bills & then sued me…even after I was on disability! I lost my career because of Dewhirst Property’s negligence and abuse of their tenants finances. Not to mention, my loft was covered in flaking led paint. It’s not safe, inside or out.
Seriously, avoid this apartment at all cost.
Noise, messy, amateur management
I lived in White Lily for a year after I graduated college, and I loved every minute of it! From the beautiful, original brick walls and hardwood floors, to the updated, stainless steel appliances, the flats in White Lily are to die for. Situated in Knoxville's eclectic Old City, you're just minutes away from fabulous dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
