THERE IS A MAJOR RAT INFESTATION. Also advertised a pool but the pool is not in operation.
Manager is weird and rude. Also 1000$ for a one bedroom is insane for this location.
I have been trying to call to get information but nobody is answering the phone. Do I need to show up in person in order to get the information I need?
I have lived here as a child and as an adult. Quiet community, clean pools. Any issues with appliances or maintenance issues were resolved super quick. Never had issues with roaches, which speaks volumes about the upkeep. Older buildings, but maintained. Low crime area. Would live there again. Staff super nice and caring, same management for 15 plus years.
