Jorge did an excellent job and was very professional. We received three consultations regarding our furniture including his; which stated the high unlikelihood of being able to remove the majority of the soot that had been well pressed into the material. He arrived within the expected 2 hour window and the outcome was an amazing surprise. There are only a few remaining soot stains in crevices that are hard to find.
