Charged me 200 dollars after they couldn't provide proof that I still owed them money, went to the bank and got the money transferred back because they even didnt understand why I was getting charged and now im getting emails saying that I owe them 400 dollars. I paid them off completely before trying to cancel, a rude lady over the phone told me I owed the 200, im going to sue and hope no one else makes the same mistake I did with doing business with them.
Good customer service easy to talk to would like to have him back next time
Friendly and listened to my concerns. He was very thorough at cleaning the cobwebs and spraying for bugs.
