Switched over to White Knight last year and have been very pleased. The techs are thorough and responsive with routine and special request.
We've used White Knight at a few different residences and have loved their service and their speedy arrival too. They just came to our brand new house last week. A few days later we had a couple scorpions in the house that were clearly on their death beds. I posted a funny comment about it and within hours they called to make sure we were ok. We love this company and the people who work there!
These people are nasty and dirty folks. You do not want to use them.
White Knight has fabulous customer service. They credited a late fee after a miscommunication with a payment, they always sent someone out whenever we needed inter-service attention. The techs were always polite and did their job great, and they're permitting me to cancel with less than 30 days notice because we're selling the house. Highly recommend this service! We kept using them far after our contract expired.
Doesn't work , worst customer service be careful this them they charge for service ( and never didn't )
Jacob answered my questions, clearly explained everything to me and was friendly and courteous. Can't ask for more!
They have a misleading agreement, they tell you you can cancel at anytime but they DON'T tell you you have to pay for a year regardless of when you cancel and it is $420! Don't fall for it! And I still have bugs!
