DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Doesn't deserve ONE STAR!! DO NOT LEAVE a CC on file as they will charge you even when you didn't receive the service!! I moved out of my home and they continue to charge my CC for services not rendered!! They LOST my notification to discontinue service and won't stop charging my CC for services I don't even receive...I live 200 miles away!! Will report to BBB!!! Very unhappy with service...technicians were a bit too friendly around my child as well!!
So, get a recommendation from wife's co-workers, so lets give them a shot. Appointment made for 8 - 10a on a Thursday morning (yes sounds like the cable guy). Well, 11 am rolls around and still a NO SHOW. The technician is contacted stating his is still 25 minutes away....well missed the time and now we have to leave. This is the worst company! Don't contract with them!!!! They lie and don't make it easy to cancel contract!!!! A rep or customer service person Crystal gave me a free 3 month no charge and at the end sent me a bill for 92.00 Long story short, Crystal doesn't work there anymore after 3 months and she supposedly didn't make any notes about the conversation so it my fault she didn't make any note so I ended up paying. I already paid about 375.00 for one year
White knight has been wonderful! They come out as often as I need them too. And always follow up on their service! They really go above and beyond any other company we've ever used!
I have spoken to a few people there with white knight pest. They were very respectable and showed concern I will deff recommend this company Matt is a great tech.
White Knight never delivered on promises. I would address the issue and they would return to the house but the issue (spiders in the eves) was never addressed. If you do fall behind on payment the are suddenly very attentive. My 4yr old son was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. We lost our jobs, our possessions and lived out of a hospital for 18 months. White called everyday to remind me I owed them 75 dollars. Now I'm in collections for 225...... I could try to pay the 75 but the punitive value of harassment and increased char... read more
I don't even want to give 1 star. This is the worst company I have ever contracted for anything. They never do what they claim on the form. They won't knock on the door to ask for access to the back yard, they just check the box on the form that it was locked. They also check the box that no one was home even when your whole family is there and your cars are in the driveway. I would not recommend this company to a person I hated.
