We recently moved to Farmers Branch and engaged White Knight Pest Control. They came out, as arranged and did an initial service and we signed up for their contract. Since then, they have done their quarterly service and, whenever we have called, have responded quickly and efficiently. This was not the service we had from our previous pest control company and I would have no hesitation in recommending White Knight Pest Control. Bravo.
We just signed up with White Knight and it’s been a great experience from the beginning! I called into the office to start service and the person I talked to was very friendly and asked questions about what kind of bugs I have and where I’m seeing them. This company is an example for all companies. They have excellent customer service. They come out when it is convenient for you. They will retreat if you ask. They will educate you on bugs. I would give them more stars if I could.
I've had White Knight since August 2017 and I've had nothing but positive experiences. 3 different techs have come out and all of them have been professional and friendly. Aaron has been my regular tech for the last few appointments and does a great job, addresses any concerns and issues we bring up to him. Also, the techs have used eco-friendly and natural products as we've asked them. I always think going with local companies pays off better than the big national brands.
