I'm very pleased with the "debugging" success of White Knight to help us overcome a serious problem we had with wasps. They were everywhere and impossible to control. Now it is rare that we see any at all, even though I know a number of our neighbors have been burdened with them. Thanx again for a job well done.
White Knight has been spectacular for us for the last 2.5 years. Sam and Herald are our guys, they have great personalities, and are always on time. We call them for retreats before we have house parties and it’s never a problem to schedule. We occasionally need to retreat the inside of the house, they wear shoe covers, and explain in detail what the process is. We have aquatic turtles, a snake, and two dogs, WK is always cautious of them. I’m thrilled with this company, especially here in Texas!
So far the service I have had with White Knight Pest Control has been AWESOME! Everytime I have seen that I needed service I call and they do their best to get on the schedule the next day or as soon as possible that's real important when you are doing service for people that is paying for your service! We've used White Knight for several years and have been extremely happy with their service and expertise. Our tech, Austin, has done an amazing job getting rid of a recent ant invasion of our yard and has been a pleasure to work with. Last week we had a solicitor come to our door to pitch us on using a different service and I told them I was extremely happy with White Knight and would not switch.
Very respectful, helpful, & friendly service rep. Very knowledgeable about those troublesome pests!
