I've said this many times before when suggesting labs to order from, but I want to reiterate my sentiment: White House Custom Colour is THE WORST lab I have EVER used! They messed up every order I placed and the quality of the product is horrible! And when I contact them to express my disappointment, they could care less! Customer service is trash, production quality is crap, quality control is non existent! I'm so glad I didn't drop ship this last order!
Be quicker with orders. There was a time I would order something and that day you would have it printed and ready to ship. Now there is a 2-3 day delay for it to even ship. Quality isn't anything extra verse another company so turn around time and customer service should really stand out and I have to say after more than 10 yrs. being with you it is no long Outstanding service.
