RecommendedWhich customer service is outstanding. They’re always extremely helpful. I just received a 30x45 metal print (which I had never ordered before) that I had ordered. Packaging came in was outstanding, no issues with damage. In the current itself is amazing, I’m so happy with it.
I love WHCC and have been using them for years with no issues. When I recently had an order not arrive (shipping problem, not their problem), they sent a new order for free without hesitation. Great customer service and great products. Thank you, WHCC - you have a customer for life!
Great Service and Quality
I ordered my first boudoir album from here literally yesterday and recieved it today! im so blown away by how fast it was and OMG the album is AMAZING!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. words cannot describe how much I love it!!
I don’t recommend WHCC for metal prints AT ALL. I had ordered a small metal print for a Christmas present back in MID DECEMBER, it arrived all sorts of messed up with debris and bubbles on the surface that weren’t able to be removed. The second reprint arrived and it was even worse than the first, it had even bigger debris pieces on the surface. Not happy with being promised meeting a deadline and now it will be 5 days too late!
My order of 3 prints has been in for 10 days, hasn’t shipped yet. . . I already missed one deadline- Has anyone else had problems with them just not fulfilling their orders?
Absolutely the best! Every order is spot on, quick and superior quality. Questions are answered quickly and professionally. I have used other pro printers over the years, but don't ever plan to use anyone else.
They discriminate against people with special needs. I will never give them business or recommend them!!!!!
