I have loved WHCC, but my last order has definitely changed my mind. I needed a frame for a customer to match another print I had framed by them. I placed the orders July 10. The framed print came a couple days later. I was given the wrong quote, received a damaged acrylic, was missing a hanger (that I had to confirm so they knew it was needed in the first place). The frame, acrylic and wire hanger came to $1.65 less than purchasing a print, having them frame and provide all the supplies I needed. This is ridiculous! Oh...an... read more

I’m a professional photographer and working with WHCC has been amazing. They send me sample prints and a sample kit 100% free. I switched from another online printer and haven’t been happier with the switch. The prints are absolutely beautiful with amazing customer service.
