Yesterday I called White Heating, Inc. because my furnace was acting up. I was at home standing by the tech the entire time he had his hands in the furnace. The Tech that came to look at my furnace diagnosed the problem with the blinking indicator light. The light was telling him Ignition failure (check ground). The Tech check the ground to the furnace and ground to the board. He did not check ground to the igniter or the flame rod that was sending the signal back to the board.
