Took some paperwork in to get filled out for work for my FMLA due to bein takin off work for 7 day due to the flu, took it to them at 4pm on Wednesday went to pick it up at 1pm on Thursday and it wasn't ready and was told I had to pay $35 dollars to get it filled out
Just left again Y'all Better Get by 28th Street OMG the best in the state of Arkansas yesssssss I said it GLORY Thank God for them
Best Service in White Hall/Pine Bluff they make you feel as family and not a fast food line trying to get you out of there!! You can tell they truly care by the warm friendly greeting to the time spent with each patient!! Stop by you WILL NOT be disappointed

Yesterday was my first visit because my doctor was booked up. Took about 5 minutes to get signed up and paperwork done. Insurance and I'd copies. Then after another 5 mins, was called to back. Soon as aide went out of room, nurse practitioner came in. Explained my problem and was done and on the way home within 15 mins. And some of meds she gave samples. Very nice and sweet. All were very professional, but in a very friendly way. Will definitely use again!!!
I took my first visit here today and I just wanted to say Thanks ! What an excellent and friendly staff!!!
