Can never get ahold of anyone the phone has not been answered in over week every time I’ve tried calling. When was in there in February front desk clerk was not nice or seemed to enjoy her job at all. The APN was however nice but with the customer service of others I’ll always choose elsewhere to seek care.
My pcp had a family emergency so I went to the clinic. I have several skin tears in my arms and hands and Dr Wilson and Candi have been great. Best bed side patient care. I go every 2 days I go to get my dressings changed and even though it hurts a bit they try really hard to make sure I’m comfortable!! I can’t say enough about their care.
