great service department, staff is very professional, and well trained.
They have always done a great job for me and always courteous.
Took an impossible tasked, blown dual tantrum and fixed the axle, replace two tires, same side with professional top notch personnel. My entire issue was handled quite professional by my customer care representative Lori (?) Thanks to all.

Purchased a used truck that was not serviced prior to selling. Found numerous problems including having tires that the tpms was not going to be able to properly monitor. I am now going to have to purchase new tires for a truck with nearly new tires on it to resolve this tpms issue that should have been addressed before the purchase. Please be sure to go over the vehicle completely before purchasing with this dealership. They will not stand by their vehicles!
Buyers beware do not buy from here they will say everything to make this sale sound good even tell you they're going to throw some things in. Then when you go into finance you will see your months in financing went up and your payment went up so basically you are paying for what they say supposily was being given. Place is a rip off Crossroads Ford in Henderson way better place to do business and ask for david better sales team answers all questions and backs their word and gets deal done.

Service got my jeep in for it's oil change fast and with short notice before I headed out on vacation, love my life time oil change offered when I purchased my jeep, great deal. I love my jeep and enjoyed looking at the 2018's while I was waiting for my ride. . Thanks, great team work.
