went to see if we could get a good deal.on a vehicle, things started out well but dealer never did a follow up to let us know if they could help us or not. very disappointed in them.

RecommendedI’m so impressed with White Ford! My son and I were traveling when we ended up having car problems. They diagnosed the problem, dropped us off to have lunch and then picked us up up an hour later in MY vehicle already fixed! The mechanic worked through his lunch hour to get us back on the road! I’m very thankful for everyone at White Ford! They were very friendly and treated us like family!
I have never received such terrible service in my life. Took my car on Wednesday was told it would be ready Friday. I asked for a rental car I was told they do not offer this service even though it would have been covered under my extended warranty. The parts did not come in on Friday, I understand this may not be their fault. Parts came in on Saturday but the technician forgot to order a sealant to go with the part, so car wasn't ready again Saturday. Then I was told it will be ready Monday. They picked up my Chrysler Pacifica van and fixed a recall on it. They brought it back in less than an hour. Great service
Had my Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced at White Ford on Thursday. My appointment was at 1pm. They had me in and out of there in less than 40 minutes and I was back home by 2pm. Their staff were very courteous and professional. I will definitely continue to have my jeep serviced there and recommend White Ford to anyone.
Took my vehicle there for a noise in my front end. $1300 later the noise is still there.
We were on a two week vacation and just passing through when our car was due for an oil change. They took us right in and gave us great service. Thanks!
