The mall had some wonderful vendors who escaped due to the irrational behavior of the owner. She changes rules constantly and extremely hard work with. I would go somewhere else
I loved it....we got an AMAZING one of a kind coffee table....would recommend this place to all lovers of old things...the staff is WONDERFUL as well.
I am truly shocked today! My husband and I have been going to this establishment once a month (give or take) since 2006 and have purchased several pieces. Today we were actually thrown out for sitting down and having a 5 minute phone conversation. We were trying to decide which piece to buy in a specific booth when a business call came in. Incredibly rude staff. I have literally spent thousands of dollars here but today will be the last time I walk in their doors or give my recommendation. Made a rude and inconsiderate remark about my child who had done nothing more than walk in door. I had to explain to a crying 4 year old some people are just mean. Very disappointed...
No negotiating what so ever. Not even for $5 off for a broken birdcage.
Never walked into a place before and made to feel I wasn't wanted there and invited to go and trade somewhere else way before I'd even had an opportunity to see what was offered!! I'll never return and definitely will make it known to other clients and consumers my terrible experience here!
