Our child was undergoing Orthodontia treatments from Dr. Novak. She is a great dentist with a great staff. Unfortunately, my 42 year old wife was recently diagnosed with a disabling condition. As a result, we decided to relocate back to PA so that our families could assist us. The Orthodontia care wasn’t completed. Even so, Winston Salem Dental Care REFUSED to refund us for the portion of care they would no longer have to provide. This is both unfair and unreasonable. Stay away. They are worthless when it comes to ortho work and are not good at catching dental issues before they have gotten out of control. The receptionist have also tried overcharging several times, so do your research through your dental insurance!
The staff was friendly and very kind. They had patience with my 5 year old who was not happy.
