SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!!! SCAM!!!! SCAM!!! NEVER USE THIS LIMO SERVICE!!! NEVER! We had to put down a deposit on the limo for our wedding. The limo was supposed to at our house at 2:45 to pick up the bride and 3 bridesmaids. They called around 3pm to tell us that the limo driver got lost. We called them at 3:20, and they told us "the limo broke down and they sent out another one at 3:15". It only takes 20 minutes to get to our house from their location. DO NOT USE! – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The owner is a scumbag crackhead! He charged me twice for the same service. I booked a SUV limo to fit 12+ people; I got a run down Lincoln town car limo that held 10 people. There were people sitting on laps! The AC was broken and it was 90 degrees that day! The driver rolled down the windows so that we could get some air...AND THE WINDOW GOT STUCK DOWN! The groom saw the bride before the wedding because of this! over the top customer service. – I needed a limousine service to pick up clients at Phila. airport and do a driving tour of properties in NYC> / Phila. Driver showed up 15 minutes eairly and limousine was extremly clean. Driver was professional,friendly and very knowledgable of philadelphia ,nyc. I have booked 2 more broker tours with company and have recommended them to many of my friends.
