I’m very disappointed in the service I’ve received.I have brought a vehicle from Renn Kirby Mitsubishi I did not have the vehicle for 6 months yet and I’ve havd a service suspension system light come not even 30 days after buying the vehicle I took the vehicle back to the dealership to have the issue resolved only to be to there no code showing. The service suspension message came back on along with the check engine light because of a p308 code only to be told there’s nothing they can do

Honestly one of the best places I’ve gotten an oil change from. Staff is friendly and the waiting room is nice. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their nissan serviced or repaired.
When I called and told the young lady that answered the phone that I had just got discharged from my bankruptcy June 2024 and that I did not have a down payment but I was in need a car so I can get back-and-forth to work. She stated to me that they have programs that help with your down payment.And they also have programs that worked with people who fire bankruptcy. White Bear Mitsubishi is calling me non stop! I haven't owned a Mitsubishi in years and due to the constant calls, I won't own one in the future! You know they are aware they are harassment as the number isn't displayed. I'm filing complaints@
We had a great experiance purchasing our SUV w/ **** and his team. Would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here again. Sales process wasn't high pressure at all and went as smooth as possible.
BUYER BEWARE. I would not recommend this place if it was the last place standing. I have brought my car in 5 times if not more with the same issue only to be told We cant get the problem to show on our end when i have sent in multiple videos of the issue occurring. my car has broke down and shut off 2 times now and i had to completely turn the car back on. My screen in my car freezes and glitches out multiple times throughout the day. When i was told they were driving my car, i checked my app & was NOT being driven. The firs... read more

Customer has brought her vehicle in with an "intermittent" problem with we have not been able to duplicate. Our technician has driven with the customer as she has tried to recreate the problem. He has separately driven the car on other occasions in an attempt to recreate the problem. Unfortunately, we have not been able to recreate the issue.
